Water wall is the key evaporation surface of steam in boiler. The steam caused by the water wall accounts for about 80% to 90% of the evaporation on the boiler surface.

Due to the extremely obvious heat conduction in the furnace, the heat consumption of the water wall is much larger than that of other volatile heat encounter surfaces such as heat convection tubes and energy savers of open burning boilers. Therefore, using the water wall as the key volatile heat encounter surface of the boiler can save a lot of metal materials.
