What are the solutions of water wall wear of circulating fluidized bed boiler

In today's society, two major problems are electric power, energy and natural environment. China is a powerful country with coal resources, and it is also a powerful country with coal. At present, coal carbon accounts for 76 percent of total output in primary energy consumption in China, and it has a trend of increasing. Therefore, in order to better change the problem of electric power and environmental pollution, the circulating fluidized bed boiler with high efficiency, cleaning and environmental protection is widely used in our country.


Circulating fluidized bed boiler in spite of high efficiency, cleaning, environmental protection, but its wear problem is particularly serious, more serious harm to its marketing and application. The characteristic of circulating fluidized bed boiler is that it must have a lot of bed material and circulating ash, which can ignite all kinds of fake and inferior materials and burn all kinds of materials. However, due to its characteristics, the water wall tube in the furnace is particularly easy to wear.


The key to the wear of the water wall tube of CFB boiler is the scouring and laser cutting of the water wall tube by the material particles in the rapid exercise in the furnace. If the intensity of the material particles is greater, the scouring force of the water wall tube will be greater. As long as the boiler is needed, the physical exercise of material particles will continue to drill and wash the water-cooled wall without interruption until the water-cooled wall pipe bursts out of the boiler blowing pipe. If the direction and speed of the physical movement of the material particles are changed by manual control, it is difficult to completely eliminate the water-wall tube wear problem. Just spraying paint on the surface of the water-wall tube according to the metal material can not deal with the water-wall tube wear problem from the source.


In 2014, we first released the "Golden Liang" Gesan corrosion prevention technology to various applications of circulating fluidized bed boiler companies. The alloy aluminum plate is placed on the water-cooling wall tube in the furnace, and then the detection and speed of rapid fitness movement of material particles are changed, which prevents the drilling and scour of material particles on the water-cooling wall. Without material particles on the water wall tube scour and laser cutting, water wall tube self-heating is not easy to wear problems.


"Jinliang" Geshan corrosion prevention technology has been used in more than 300 sets of circulating fluidized bed boilers at the present stage. It has been more than seven years since the first installation of the technical heating furnace. In these seven years, there has been no blowout caused by wear and tear of water-cooled wall tube. It not only completely eliminates the water-wall tube wear problem of CFB boiler, but also increases the service life of heating furnace.


For the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the wear of the water wall tube is not a problem after having the anti-corrosion technology of Gashan!
